Our most popular Summer Workshop!! We are asking you, to bring along 3 of your every day household items, a Teacup and Saucer, a Jam Jar and your favourite Vase or Pitcher, plus a load of enthusiasm!!
After greeting and morning coffee we will start the day with a demonstration, showing you the best ways of filling your vessels with flowers, highlighting what you should be looking for to create a fantastic display regardless of it’s size. We will focus on colour combinations and the use of textures to help you achieve the best from your work. We’ll then gather at the walled garden to wander the rows and cut an armful of flowers for you to use later in the afternoon. Meeting back at Carrier’s Cottage we shall break for a *homemade lunch and follow on with an afternoon creating wild and natural looking arrangements. These alongside another bucketful of flowers you will get to take home, to enjoy and practice further with to develop your own style.
